The Senior Data & BI Analyst transforms complex data into meaningful insights and actionable business decisions. This role combines hands-on data analysis, business intelligence, and data storytelling to uncover trends, identify opportunities, measure performance, and help teams optimize operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze clinical, operational, enrollment, engagement, and financial data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools enabling informed decision-making
- Translate complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders across Enrollment, Clinical, Operations, Product, and Technology to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria
- Evaluate the impact of operational, product, and clinical workflow changes
- Build and maintain reliable analytical datasets and business logic using SQL and dbt
- Enable self-service analytics by developing trusted, understandable data models and reporting resources
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with Data Engineering to improve accuracy and reliability
- Proactively explore company data to identify insights, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support organizational decision-making by connecting analytical findings to practical business recommendations
- Present findings and recommendations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or related role
- Demonstrated experience using SQL to analyze complex datasets
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and analytical tools and communicating findings to stakeholders
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas
