Neo4j is seeking a Senior Consulting Engineer to lead and execute complex consulting projects for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, design innovative graph database solutions, and provide technical expertise across a range of technologies and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, technical requirements, and challenges
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Design and architect innovative solutions utilizing Neo4j graph database technology and related platforms
- Provide hands-on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for client projects
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior consulting engineers within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer success
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide proactive recommendations
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for clients
- Create and maintain technical documentation including project plans, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Consulting Engineer or similar role with track record of successful project delivery
- Strong understanding of various technologies including networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting in client environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking about technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
