The company aims to become one of the top five financial institutions in Turkey. In this Senior Compliance Analyst role, you will support the compliance function across multiple operational areas. Key responsibilities include supporting suspicious transaction analysis by gathering and preparing necessary data and documentation; performing operational controls and reviews related to Know Your Customer (KYC) processes; monitoring regulatory updates from MASAK, CBRT, and other Turkish regulatory authorities and contributing to process updates; supporting implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies, procedures, and workflows across operational teams; preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits; responding to MASAK information requests and audit requirements in a timely manner; planning and tracking annual compliance training programs and delivering face-to-face training to new hires; preparing presentations and coordinating preparations for senior management committees and meetings; and collaborating with global teams on inquiries, proposals, and annual risk assessments while providing strategic guidance. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science, or related fields - 4–6 years of compliance experience in Banking, Payment Institutions, or Electronic Money Institutions - Valid MASAK Compliance Officer License (required) - Strong knowledge of MASAK regulations, AML/KYC, and sanctions screening and monitoring processes - Familiarity with international sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, UN, etc.) and sanctions screening tools and systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk-oriented mindset and attention to detail - Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills - Excellent written and spoken English - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with collaborative, team-oriented approach
