Salary: USD 58,000 - 96,000 / annual
Devoted Health is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Sales and Marketing Compliance team. This role is responsible for investigating escalated and complex agent and agency compliance violations related to sales and marketing activities, ensuring adherence to CMS guidelines and corporate policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into escalated and complex agent/agency compliance violations, recommending and assigning corrective actions
- Serve as a compliance investigator for complex case investigations and remediation activities
- Communicate with internal and external partners to drive results and keep stakeholders informed of case status, emerging risks, and resolution barriers
- Draft and update complex compliance policies, procedures, and investigative job aids; recommend improvements based on observed trends
- Present case findings to the Agent Review Board in a clear, concise manner supporting objective decision-making
- Mentor and train Devoted associates joining the compliance team during high-volume seasons
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance standards are met
- Serve as a subject matter expert to other Compliance Analysts on investigative methodology, evidence standards, documentation quality, and corrective action precedent
- Identify trends across cases and recommend process, training, and system improvements to reduce investigation cycle time and pending case volume
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Technology) to resolve issues and support enhancements to investigative workflow systems
This position reports to the Sales & Marketing Compliance Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage marketing, sales, or compliance role, including hands-on experience conducting investigations
- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements
- Self-motivated with ability to adapt to change quickly and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize work effectively and manage high-volume, mixed-complexity caseload against defined turnaround times
- Ability to critically assess information from multiple sources, reach defensible conclusions, and recognize when escalation is needed
- Demonstrated record of reliably delivering work and projects meeting defined objectives with limited day-to-day oversight
