Salary: USD 210,000 - 230,000 / annual

As Senior Commercial Counsel reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage the company's commercial transactions end-to-end. Your responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements such as master service agreements, business associate agreements, vendor agreements, data use agreements, data protection agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and employment-related agreements. You will maintain and improve contract templates, approval matrices, and internal guidance on transactional issues. You will also manage and develop transactional processes, including contract lifecycle management, to boost efficiency and support greater scale. Additionally, you will advise internal stakeholders on commercial transactions and provide generalist support for day-to-day legal issues as needed. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements - J.D. from a U.S. law school and admitted to a state bar - Comfort with technical, financial, or data science concepts - Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success - Ideally, experience working in a rapidly-evolving startup environment
