Razorpay, one of India's leading full-stack fintech companies, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their operations team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for real-time system monitoring of Razorpay's top merchants and enterprise-wide transactions, providing immediate stakeholder alerts during performance issues. You will transform merchant key metrics into actionable business intelligence through comprehensive data analysis and execute timely communication to stakeholders during system incidents or data anomalies.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining interactive dashboards for internal performance tracking and metric visualization, identifying meaningful patterns, trends, and inferences through data analytics, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large-scale datasets
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data manipulation techniques (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work 24/7 in shifts
