As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Platform Team, you will build and ship products that directly impact how legal teams operate globally. You'll have ownership across the full tech stack, from shaping technical direction to delivering high-quality experiences. The role offers significant autonomy to tackle meaningful problems, collaborate across teams, and influence both product and engineering culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architecting and implementing features for the web platform
- Taking ownership of the codebase while balancing code quality, security, and development velocity
- Working with Node.js, Postgres, Elasticsearch, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes
- Reviewing code and mentoring junior engineers to strengthen the team
- Driving continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
- Regular travel to Stockholm for onboarding, collaboration, and major product milestones

REQUIREMENTS:
- Several years of experience building great products with cutting-edge technologies
- Comfortable working across the entire tech stack with focus on backend development
- Autonomous, takes pride in code quality
- Problem solver with creative solutions and holistic software architecture thinking
- Experience in infrastructure and integrations is a plus
