You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and analysts in a cross-functional team to iterate rapidly on customer-centric solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and launching A/B experiments to improve product offerings, maintaining and improving code quality and system efficiency, designing scalable backend solutions, mentoring team members and contributing to team strategy, and participating in hiring to build a strong engineering team.
The tech stack includes Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, Node.js, and related technologies. You'll work on web application architecture, testing, and maintainable code practices. The role emphasizes customer-centric prioritization, data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with AI technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of software development experience
- High proficiency in Java and web application architecture
- Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks
- Strong background in writing tests and creating maintainable code
- Proactive team player with excellent English communication skills
- Experience in customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of AI technologies with mature judgment for quality and security
PREFERRED:
- Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis building, and event-based analytics
- Familiarity with Node.js, Vue.js, or similar component-based frontend frameworks
- Prior e-commerce experience
- Prior startup environment experience
