Requirements:
- Strong, proven experience as an Analytics Engineer in a modern data team with advanced SQL, Snowflake, and dbt (Core or Cloud) skills
- Hands-on data modelling expertise with dimensional modelling, star schemas, data vault, or OBT methodologies
- Comfort with cloud environments (specifically Azure), software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD), and data governance frameworks including PII management
- Demonstrated success driving self-serve analytics adoption across cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate complex technical architecture clearly to stakeholders from analysts to senior leadership
- Active use of AI tools to automate routine tasks and integrate AI into workflows
- Experience with data ingestion tools like Fivetran or custom Python pipelines is a bonus
