Join Cosuno as a Senior AI Product Engineer to build intelligent systems at the core of our construction-tech platform. You will own end-to-end AI features spanning generative AI models, backend services, APIs, and TypeScript/React front-end integration. Your work will focus on LLM-powered systems that navigate complex tendering workflows, from research to production deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and improving LLM-powered systems and agents for construction procurement
- Shipping complete features end-to-end: model/agent design through API to web-app integration
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business problems into shipped AI features
- Monitoring, alerting, and continuously improving production AI systems
- Designing APIs, data pipelines, and backend services
- Maintaining code quality through comprehensive testing and strict typing standards

REQUIREMENTS:
- TypeScript, React, and Node.js (non-negotiable; must ship end-to-end into web app)
- 5+ years writing production-grade Python with clean, well-structured code
- Proven experience shipping AI-powered features into production web apps, owning integration from research to real users
- Deep hands-on experience building and deploying LLM/agent systems (RAG, tool use, multi-step reasoning, evals)
- Strong backend engineering skills: API design, data pipelines, services
- Product mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, judgment on shipping readiness
- Sharp problem-solving: ability to identify what matters in complex systems and decide next steps
- Bias for action: preference for data-driven validation over prolonged deliberation
