Jitterbit, a leading iPaaS (Integration as a Service), LCAP, and API Management platform recognized in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for seven consecutive years, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join its AI team. The company helps enterprises automate mission-critical business processes through its low-code platform, and is now building cutting-edge AI capabilities to enhance its offering.
In this role, you will design, architect, and build robust, scalable AI systems that operate reliably 24/7/365 on Jitterbit's cloud platform. You'll work with modern AI and cloud technologies including LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, Java, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL, Docker, and Kubernetes. You'll collaborate closely with other engineers, product management, and operations teams to infuse AI capabilities into the platform and create innovative solutions that maintain Jitterbit's market-leading position.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience building large-scale, cloud-based distributed applications
- Strong experience developing multi-tenant SaaS applications
- Expertise with AI technologies: LLM models, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex
- Ability to design and develop scalable, robust AI-driven applications
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with microservices and cloud-based architectures/design patterns
- Demonstrated proficiency in English at C1 level
- Extensive experience in Python and Java
- Proficiency with NLP libraries and tools (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers)
- Skilled in model deployment frameworks (TensorFlow Serving, MLflow, Kubernetes-based deployments)
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing solutions
- Expertise with datastores (MongoDB, AWS DocumentDB, SQL Server, MySQL)
- Proficiency in Linux
- Experience with Apache Tomcat, Nginx, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Understanding of container orchestration tools and concepts
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and distributed applications
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Mentoring capability and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in distributed, remote team environments
