As a Senior AI Engineer on the AI Engineering team, you will work independently on end-to-end technical leadership tasks, exercising technical influence over the engineering team to improve and guide architecture. You'll translate business needs from Product into creative, elegant, incremental, and efficient solutions. Key responsibilities include:
• Design and develop components and applications with a focus on simplicity, efficiency, maintainability, and code reusability
• Lead end-to-end project ownership with strong collaboration skills to remove blockers
• Exercise technical influence on the engineering team, improving and guiding architecture decisions
• Contribute to reducing development process complexity
• Ensure application documentation and architectural decision records
• Maintain observability of production applications and respond to incidents
• Actively analyze and improve scalability, stability, and security
• Stay current with web development trends, frameworks, and best practices, recommending improvements
• Work actively with Product to translate business needs into technical solutions
