Vizzia is a post-Series B French scale-up expanding into the UK market, currently working with 200+ local authorities across France, Belgium, and Switzerland. You'll be the first CCTV Project Supervisor in the UK, leading end-to-end delivery of camera installations across council sites. You will own project delivery from kick-off through handover, overseeing configuration and commissioning of camera units to meet each council's specific requirements. You'll manage partner relationships by training and certifying installation partners on Vizzia's solutions, ensuring compliance with quality and uptime standards. You'll act as the primary interface between installation partners and HQ, coordinating schedules, priorities, and escalations. As the named technical point of contact for councils, you'll triage and resolve issues within defined SLAs, conduct site surveys to validate camera types and installation locations, and produce execution packs for installers. You'll coordinate spares and replacements with HQ to minimize downtime and challenge orientation choices to ensure partners meet Vizzia's standards. You'll produce regular progress reports for management, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate records. The role requires significant UK-wide travel to deployment sites. You'll report to Manuella, Head of Operations, and work closely with the UK Country Manager and VP Operations. This is a builder role with clear growth potential: as you establish traction and autonomy, you'll expand your scope over UK operations, gain a bigger say in partner strategy, and potentially build out your own team as Vizzia scales. The company offers a permanent contract with 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, MacBook, health insurance, opportunities to work from the Paris office, a central London office base, and yearly team offsites. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 5 years experience in technical delivery or field operations, ideally in council, public sector, or similarly complex environments - Understanding of electrical systems, outdoor installations, and pole/camera fixings (bonus) - Track record of deploying and commissioning hardware or camera systems - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep stakeholders informed - Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences - Organized, proactive, able to work independently - Full working proficiency in English - UK driving licence required - Bonus: experience sourcing and auditing partners, negotiating contracts, familiarity with CCTV or EV charging infrastructure, experience with UK local authorities or B2G
