As an SDET 2, you will own the quality of AI-powered applications behind AiDASH's offerings. You will understand application requirements and architecture, then build test strategies covering both functional behavior and performance. Your responsibilities include:
- Creating comprehensive test strategies that validate functional and performance aspects of systems under test
- Analyzing functional and non-functional requirements from a coverage and impact perspective, designing effective and efficient test cases
- Writing robust and maintainable API test automation using Java and the RestAssured framework, along with other tools and scripts that enhance testing efficiency
- Contributing to automation framework enhancements based on project needs and requirements
- Performing data validation testing across APIs, databases (Postgres and MongoDB), and outputs of data processing solutions
- Conducting performance testing and benchmarking of applications using tools like JMeter
- Preparing test data for QA validations by coordinating with multiple teams and ramping up quickly across different contexts
- Creating automation pipelines using Jenkins or other build tools to trigger automation and using reporting tools for visibility
- Validating the accuracy of AI/ML-driven outputs and using AI tools to speed up testing processes
- Monitoring application health after release
You will work with AI-powered applications and help ship reliable, high-performing solutions that enable teams to deliver faster.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in test automation or SDET roles
- Strong proficiency in Java programming
- Hands-on experience with API automation using RestAssured
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter
- Knowledge of databases (Postgres, MongoDB) and data validation
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools like Jenkins
- Experience with test reporting and monitoring tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ramp up quickly across different contexts
Good to have:
- gRPC basics
- Airflow DAGs
- Web application testing and automation using Selenium or Playwright
- Knowledge of testing and validating ML/AI-based applications
- Experience with AI tools and editors for increased work velocity
