CloudKitchens is transforming the restaurant industry by converting underutilized properties into smart kitchens that enable restaurateurs to succeed in online food delivery. The company operates globally and is expanding rapidly in a market that has grown 10X in the US alone over the past five years.
As a Salesforce Operations Associate, you will be the analytical engine driving CloudKitchens' commercial growth. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, models, and forecasts that inform how the company sells, where it sells, and what it sells next. Your work will directly influence how the sales organization deploys representatives, prioritizes accounts, and commits to revenue targets globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning source-of-truth dashboards and reporting for sales leadership, tracking coverage, velocity, win rates, segment health, rep productivity, and ramp metrics
- Running account enrichment, scraping, and ICP-fit scoring workflows to surface high-quality target accounts for inbound and outbound sales motions
- Partnering with leadership on territory design, quota modeling, capacity planning, and pricing/packaging analysis
- Championing data quality and hygiene within Salesforce; collaborating with the Systems Associate to build clean data pipelines into the data warehouse (BigQuery or Snowflake)
- Translating analysis into actionable recommendations and driving stakeholder adoption
The role is based in the Bogotá office and requires onsite presence five days per week. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure commercial success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Operations, or similar data-heavy commercial role
- Prior hands-on Salesforce experience in reporting, analytics, and debugging is required. Must be able to build and optimize reports and dashboards, troubleshoot data discrepancies, navigate custom objects and complex relationships, and trace issues across the data model with confidence
- Strong business acumen and clear understanding of sales funnels, go-to-market motions, and the levers that drive commercial performance
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior global stakeholders
