As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will design, build, and maintain marketing solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud that align with business needs. You'll work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions, contributing to cutting-edge Salesforce projects in a rapidly evolving organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, build, and develop marketing systems on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Design Data Extensions, integrate customer data, and build segments using SQL
- Implement marketing automation using Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and develop personalized messages
- Integrate messaging channels including Email, SMS/MMS, and KakaoTalk
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Analyze and resolve system issues to ensure stable operations
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver features
- Maintain technical documentation for developed features and integrations

REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce projects
- Hands-on experience implementing or developing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in SQL and API integration development
- Understanding of or experience in digital marketing
- Strong ability to analyze client requirements and solve problems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS
- Experience integrating Sales Cloud via Marketing Cloud Connect
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Next or Data Cloud projects
- Experience delivering CRM and marketing automation projects
Certifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
