Lyra Health, a leading provider of mental health solutions for employers supporting 20+ million people globally, is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support their international operations. This is a remote role based in Malaysia with core hours Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm MYT, with occasional flexibility for global meetings outside standard hours to accommodate US and international time zones.
You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing Salesforce systems and processes across the enterprise. Your responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements from cross-functional departments, writing detailed functional requirement documentation to guide development, and contributing to development tickets. You will communicate system changes, updates, and enhancements to key stakeholders to ensure they understand operational impacts.
You will contribute to project management of new feature builds and rollouts on the international Salesforce platform, ensuring delivery aligns with schedules and business requirements. You will analyze existing systems and business processes with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains. Additionally, you will provide guidance for user training and support, managing a 'train the trainer' model to scale adoption.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years proven experience as a business analyst or in technical project management
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and capabilities
- Competency and familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
