In this role, you will be a key contributor to Fever's internal development projects, working at the intersection of business requirements and technical implementation. You will design, test, and continuously improve Salesforce CRM-based solutions that power the platform's operations across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and other departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding Fever's business, technology, and teams to contribute to internal development initiatives
- Analyzing business processes and designing Salesforce CRM solutions that meet evolving business requirements
- Implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from functional configuration through Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Component development
- Deploying metadata between Sandbox and Production environments using DevOps practices
- Presenting complex technical information clearly to stakeholders across multiple departments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage ambiguity and drive projects from concept to completion
- Demonstrating strong organizational, executional, and presentation skills in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of relevant development experience on the Salesforce Platform
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
- Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments
- Experience with Google Sheets / AppScript development
- Work proficiency in English
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to present technical information to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in product development cycles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Curiosity and demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast-paced environment
