Sitetracker is seeking a Salesforce Administrator II to operate at the intersection of enterprise architecture, automation, and customer delivery. This is not a traditional click-only administrator role—you will be a technical problem solver who understands system logic, designs enterprise-grade automations, and bridges declarative configuration with custom code.
You will partner closely with Solution Engineers, Architects, and Developers to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Sitetracker and core Salesforce platforms in a hybrid Kanban environment balancing feature work with high-velocity support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with international stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical design specifications
- Design and maintain fault-tolerant Salesforce Flows and scalable security architectures
- Configure and tune Salesforce AI systems, perform complex data transformations, and leverage foundational Apex literacy to independently troubleshoot issues using system debug logs
- Apply strong understanding of architectural boundaries to determine when solutions require modular, declarative automation versus custom code
- Ensure robust, prompt-driven, and highly secure workflows across the enterprise
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing urgent support tickets
- Provide proactive communication with clear ETAs and expectation-setting to prevent stakeholder escalations
Within 90 days, you will achieve 80% billable utilization, read and trace existing custom Apex logic in client orgs, and translate complex customer requirements into detailed technical specifications. Within 180 days, you will manage configuration tasks across multiple projects, build and deploy modular sub-flow architectures independently, and train others on Sitetracker product configuration. Within 365 days, you will lead small to medium-sized implementations end-to-end and make critical implementation decisions autonomously.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Flow Builder, AI system configuration, Data Security, and declarative troubleshooting
- Verifiable experience configuring AI systems and understanding sharing architecture, OWDs, and complex permission sets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to drive ticket momentum and explain technical limits to non-technical teams
- High ability to context-switch and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to balance ongoing feature projects with urgent, high-priority support tickets while consistently delivering quality work on time
- Foundational Salesforce platform knowledge and ongoing learning commitment
- Practical experience heavily outweighs certifications, but Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder certification is preferred
- Foundational Apex literacy for independent troubleshooting
