Duetti is a music fintech platform founded in 2022 that helps independent music creators monetize and grow their careers through flexible catalog deals, distribution, and management services. The company has partnered with over 1,100 creators across 40 countries and has raised over $635 million from investors including The Raine Group, Roc Nation, and others. You'll work with engineers to build internal tools that streamline statement processing, partner with Investment and Research teams to ensure data supports pricing and underwriting decisions, monitor operational metrics, and help design new workflows as the company scales. The role emphasizes continuous improvement: you'll constantly ask how processes can be faster, how repetitive work can be automated, how data quality can improve, and how the experience can be better for the rest of the company. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field - Strong SQL skills - Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Exceptional attention to detail - Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying anomalies - Ability to balance accuracy with speed in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams - Curious mindset with passion for continuously improving processes - Ability to work independently and take ownership Nice to have: - Experience working with financial reports or operational datasets - Experience with ETL pipelines or data engineering workflows - Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or data visualization tools - Experience in music, streaming, royalties, or fintech - Experience using AI tools to automate operational workflows
