You will join a dedicated R&D initiative focused on developing a wireless link module for drone-to-base station communications. As an RF Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and integrating PCBs and electrical systems in a compact, rugged form factor, ensuring reliability, low latency, and field readiness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform schematic design of PCBs, including component placement and routing
- Oversee physical integration of PCBs into the product in collaboration with mechanical engineers
- Address and resolve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of PCBs upon reception
- Work closely with other R&D teams to ensure seamless coordination
The role demands technical rigor, ownership, and execution in a demanding environment where you will tackle complex challenges in autonomous defense systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in electronic board development, including testing and validation
- Strong PCB design and layout experience (Altium or equivalent)
- Experience with RF systems and their implications on PCB design
- Ability to work autonomously and solve complex technical challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders from junior members to senior executives
