OfficeRnD is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to serve as a strategic partner to the Sr Director of RevOps and a close collaborator with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant scope and direct access to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Partner with GTM Leadership: Set up and run the operating cadence with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews. Identify underlying problems early, trace them to root causes, and scope solutions. Proactively bring leaders opportunities they haven't yet identified. Run GTM Programs: Own GTM projects end-to-end, prioritized based on insights uncovered with leadership. Serve as the RevOps point of contact on cross-functional initiatives beyond GTM, such as product launches. Own Forecasting and Reporting: Build, maintain, and publish the GTM forecast, including Sales and Customer Success forecasts. Create cadence reports for each functional team (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Analyze trends and translate them into clear insights for the executive team and board. Lead Strategy and Deep Analysis: Drive research behind larger initiatives (e.g., TAM analysis, pricing and packaging overhauls). Evaluate new verticals and monetization ideas. Conduct ad hoc analysis for the CEO and senior leadership. Partner with Finance on GTM revenue planning, including quota setting and territory/segmentation design. What This Role Is Not: Not a CRM admin role (dedicated admin exists); not an order-taker; not a report factory. You'll understand GTM systems and design good processes, but won't own system administration. You're a strategic partner, not a queue for requests. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in similar RevOps or GTM operations roles - Experience with SaaS business models; preference for Vertical SaaS experience at PE-backed companies in the $10M–$50M revenue stage - Fluency in GTM SaaS metrics (mechanics, not just definitions) - Strong written and verbal communication with presence to influence senior leaders across functions - Comfort with ambiguity; ability to quickly prioritize critical vs. important vs. non-essential information - Curiosity and drive; energized by hard problems and fast learning - Ability to adapt playbooks with clear reasoning ("here's what worked before and why it applies here") - Fluency with AI tools for building decks, forecast artifacts, and ad hoc analysis, with judgment on when to trust/distrust outputs
