Diligent, an AI-driven governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) SaaS leader, is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support its global revenue operations function. This role will be based in Galway, Ireland, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 50% onsite presence.
You will manage product catalog data, SKU governance, and Deal Desk processes while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and a global Deal Desk team. Your primary focus will be ensuring products, pricing, quotes, and commercial data are accurately maintained across Salesforce and related systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Transforming marketing materials and business inputs into standardized product catalog structures
- Supporting creation, maintenance, and governance of SKU files for accuracy and consistency
- Gathering and documenting SKU requirements from business cases and product initiatives
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align catalog structure with pricing, packaging, and revenue strategy
- Enabling seamless integration of product code catalogs into backend systems (ERP, billing, CRM)
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all platforms
- Supporting system updates and enhancements related to product catalog and SKU structures
- Assisting with integration of acquired companies into existing product catalog and SKU frameworks
- Standardizing and mapping legacy product structures into the company's catalog model
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimal revenue disruption
- Supporting Revenue Operations testing processes for new SKU and product launches
- Validating catalog setup and system readiness prior to go-live
- Troubleshooting issues and ensuring successful deployment
- Supporting the Revenue Operations Manager in managing SKU workflows and request queues
- Helping prioritize incoming requests and ensuring timely processing
- Maintaining documentation and process clarity for ongoing RevOps operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Accounting Operations, or Product Operations
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience working with product catalogs, SKUs, or pricing structures (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or billing systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce (a plus)
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
