M-Files is a context-first document management platform serving over 6,000 customers in 100+ countries. The company is experiencing rapid growth in North America and is seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist to support its sales operations and enablement efforts.
In this hands-on role, you will be at the center of how M-Files sells. You will partner closely with the sales team and partners to ensure deals move smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Enable sales teams and partners through training, onboarding, and clear guidance on sales processes and tools, including CPQ systems
- Review and approve quotes against sales policies, exercising judgment on non-standard cases
- Prepare and coordinate pricing committee approvals by collecting cases, organizing context, and facilitating quick, confident decisions
- Coordinate contract reviews between Sales, Legal, and Finance to prevent deal delays
- Support sales and partners through a shared ticketing system, solving problems at their root rather than applying temporary fixes
- Understand the complete order flow and step in on order processing and booking validation as needed
- Support partner funding and incentive programs
- Identify and document additional support needs in the sales organization to reduce administrative burden
- Work with automation and AI-assisted workflows, helping to improve them in daily use
- Communicate professionally and thoroughly with internal and external stakeholders in English
This is not a high-volume processing role. The company values someone who understands why processes work the way they do, solves problems thoughtfully, and thinks about downstream implications. Depending on your experience, the role can be positioned at a senior level (e.g., Senior Revenue Operations Specialist).
**Requirements:**
- Solid experience in sales operations, sales enablement, sales administration, order management, or deal desk work, ideally in a SaaS or subscription business
- Problem-solver mindset with understanding of downstream impacts
- Genuine service mindset; willingness to go the extra mile for colleagues and partners
- Ability to hold the line on policy while partnering with Sales
- Ownership of work, including mistakes; early communication and learning orientation
- Development mindset; proactive about identifying and fixing inefficiencies
- Strong communication and coaching skills; ability to explain decisions clearly
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders; ability to summarize complex cases and follow up on decisions
- Sharp analytical thinking, numerical ability, and strong Excel skills
- Drive to take initiative and see things through to completion
- Enthusiasm for automation and AI as productivity tools
- Fluent English
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ systems, or Zuora is advantageous
