The Finance team at Revolut keeps the company moving with clarity and confidence, working across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead our EU liquidity reporting function and serve as the technical authority on regulatory frameworks.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the technical authority on LCR Delegated Regulation, CRR frameworks, and EBA standards
- Review EBA Q&As and supervisory guidance to assess balance sheet impacts and drive policy alignment
- Translate legal and regulatory texts into precise functional specifications and calculation engine logic across liquidity products
- Manage the technical classification, data integrity, and end-to-end production of EBA liquidity returns (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, and AE)
- Direct the technical validation and weekly submission of short-term and joint liquidity templates
- Analyse short-term liquidity stress and cash-flow mismatches for senior stakeholders
- Partner with Treasury, Risk, and Legal teams to evaluate product structuring and collateral eligibility
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll convert complex regulatory frameworks into functional specifications and drive the production of critical regulatory submissions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 9+ years of experience in EU regulatory reporting or regulatory policy
- Solid command of CRR legal text and the LCR Delegated Act
- Expertise in producing, auditing, or configuring EBA returns and weekly submissions
- Granular understanding of bank balance sheet mechanics, derivative collateralisation, and HQLA eligibility
- Technical proficiency in querying database schemas using SQL and drafting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Excellent communication skills to explain dense regulatory requirements to non-technical stakeholders
