With 75+ million customers and 13,000+ employees worldwide, the company is scaling rapidly and seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to strengthen its crypto compliance practice.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Compliance and own the consumer protection compliance function for crypto products. You'll develop and execute a world-class compliance framework, monitoring program, and training curriculum to ensure products meet regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing compliance frameworks, monitoring, and training programs
• Supporting regulatory license applications and approvals
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Providing expert regulatory advice to Operations teams supporting product launches
• Collaborating with international product teams to navigate cross-border compliance requirements
• Supporting the Head of Compliance in rolling out a robust compliance program
You'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment where compliance expertise directly enables product innovation and market expansion. This is a hands-on role blending regulatory strategy with operational execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of experience advising on compliance-related matters
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to guide regulatory strategy
• Solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
• Ability to communicate positively with regulators and internal teams
• Excellent analytical skills with proven track record of learning complex regulations quickly
• Fluency in English
