This is an autonomous, outcomes-oriented role that leads through influence, operating discipline, and cross-functional accountability. Success is measured by increased physician-facing seller capacity, improved pipeline progression, faster contract cycles, stronger event conversion, and sustained execution improvements. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, operations, or related field • 7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or relevant project management roles • Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable, high-quality field execution • Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross-functional handoffs • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools • Required to travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in-field coordination PREFERRED: • Knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach.io), sales enablement platforms, and Learning Management Systems • Expertise in developing and documenting workflows, processes, and best practices • Ability to leverage data to inform decisions, set goals, and evaluate success • Collaborative, supportive, and candid approach with team and business partners • Excellent verbal and written communication with high emotional intelligence • Ability to forge relationships across internal organizations and build consensus • Meticulous, highly organized, able to juggle multiple complex priorities • Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments requiring ingenuity, flexibility, and resilience
