Aledade is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to serve as a strategic regional operator for the Lakes & Plains Region (TX, OK, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, IN, KY, MI). This role translates the Regional Sales Director's vision and growth strategy into coordinated, measurable execution across a multi-state territory.
You will operate as the connective leader across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, Operations, and participating practices, designing and driving the execution model that enables sellers to spend more time building physician relationships. Working autonomously and leading through influence rather than direct management, you will own regional pipeline execution, roadshow and event strategy, deal readiness, contracting coordination, and performance insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating regional growth priorities into integrated weekly execution plans for sellers, identifying gaps and adjusting priorities as market conditions evolve
- Owning the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence, including resource allocation, team calendar alignment, and dashboard-driven accountability
- Designing and leading regional roadshow strategy from prospect segmentation through post-event evaluation
- Owning strategy and execution of quarterly Centers of Excellence events, including engagement planning, site visits, and panel events
- Driving deal readiness and contracting by determining next steps, preparing offer materials, coordinating documentation, managing redlines, and facilitating handoffs
- Serving as the regional Field Marketing liaison, aligning event strategy to growth priorities and leading post-event conversion activities
- Analyzing and communicating regional execution performance through dashboards and performance indicators
- Defining and leading the region's AI strategy to improve seller productivity, physician engagement, and pipeline management
- Leading cross-functional handoffs and resolving execution issues across Sales, Operations, and Legal
- Continuously improving the regional execution model by identifying patterns, testing improvements, and scaling effective practices
Success is measured by business outcomes: increased physician-facing capacity for sellers, improved pipeline progression, faster contract cycles, stronger event conversion, and sustained execution improvement.
