Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 / annual

xAI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support its mission of creating AI systems that understand the universe. The company operates with a flat organizational structure where all employees contribute directly to the mission, with leadership earned through initiative and excellence. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of xAI's recruiting function. You will manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from scheduling interviews to ensuring candidates feel welcomed and valued throughout the process. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinate and manage both onsite and virtual candidate interviews in a fast-paced environment - Schedule interviews and handle candidate logistics promptly and accurately - Host candidates onsite and create warm, memorable experiences - Maintain partnerships with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to ensure excellent service - Update and maintain data integrity in Greenhouse (the ATS) - Drive process improvement initiatives and special projects - Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies to increase efficiency You will work in a startup-like environment where wearing multiple hats is expected. Success requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. The role is fully in-office at the Palo Alto headquarters, 5 days per week, with occasional overtime as operational needs require. QUALIFICATIONS: Basic: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced environment, prior people operations or recruiting background, excellent project management and multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and adapt to change, team player with high sense of urgency.
