Salary: USD 98,000 - 130,000 / annual
Datadog is seeking a Recruiter II to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for the Technical Solutions function. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent. This is a hybrid role with offices in Boston, Denver, and New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates through job postings, referrals, agencies, and direct outreach
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure qualifications match open roles
- Collaborate with leadership to design and streamline interview processes
- Manage candidate follow-up and closure throughout the hiring funnel
- Negotiate compensation packages with qualified candidates
- Train and enhance interview teams to improve recruitment quality
- Use Greenhouse ATS to track candidate progress, maintain data integrity, and identify resurfacing opportunities
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience regardless of hiring outcome

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in-house or at a staffing agency
- Demonstrated sourcing expertise and ability to identify top talent
- Autonomous work style with ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and closing skills; ability to sell value proposition effectively
- Ability to operate with urgency across all stages of the recruiting cycle
- Adaptability to navigate evolving processes
