Datadog is seeking a Recruiter II to lead full-lifecycle recruiting efforts for the General & Administrative function. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent. This role offers the opportunity to shape candidate experience, influence hiring processes, and directly impact company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates through job postings, referrals, agencies, and direct outreach
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure qualifications match open roles
- Collaborate with leadership to design and streamline interview processes
- Manage candidate follow-up and ensure closure for all interviewed candidates
- Negotiate compensation packages with qualified candidates
- Train interview teams to enhance recruitment quality
- Maintain Greenhouse ATS with clean, accurate candidate data and reporting
- Deliver excellent candidate experience regardless of hiring outcome

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in-house or at a staffing agency
- Demonstrated sourcing expertise and ability to identify top talent
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with ability to close candidates
- Sense of urgency and adaptability in a dynamic recruiting environment
- Experience navigating evolving processes and workflows
