You will own full-cycle recruiting across Product, R&D, and GTM functions. This is a hands-on role where you manage the entire hiring process from role definition through offer closure, working with hiring managers across multiple functions rather than specializing in one area.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruiting for Product, R&D, and GTM roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes
- Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and networks
- Manage candidate experience from initial conversation through offer
- Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to improve processes
- Implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company scales

Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth tech startups with global recruitment experience
- International recruiting experience across Product, Technical, and GTM roles
- Strong English communication skills
- Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with recruiting software: ATS and AI sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent Hebrew and strong English
