Cozycozy is a rapidly growing travel accommodation platform that aggregates over 20 million listings from 100+ booking sites (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel, Expedia, and specialized marketplaces). You will join an international team of 12 nationalities as a hands-on QA Engineer responsible for maintaining platform reliability and ensuring high-quality feature releases. This role balances day-to-day quality assurance with strategic quality improvements across web, mobile web, iOS, and Android platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
• Day-to-day Reliability: Monitor platform quality across all platforms (web, mobile web, iOS, Android). Detect and escalate regressions before users encounter them. Own the bug tracking lifecycle from identification through resolution. Serve as the first line of defense when production issues occur.
• Release Quality: Define and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Lead validation phases before each release. Make pragmatic quality trade-offs under time pressure. Ensure consistent quality across all platforms and markets.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance QA processes and contribute to test automation on web and mobile platforms. Define and track quality metrics including defect rate, coverage, and release quality. Advocate for user-first perspectives in product discussions. Make quality visible and measurable for Product and leadership teams.
You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on a daily basis in a fast-paced product environment where both reliability and feature quality are equally valued.
