Greenhouse, a leading hiring software platform, is seeking a Project Manager to join its Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Greenhouse implementations for large customers, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously from kickoff through go-live. You will oversee the work of Implementation, Strategic, and Technical Consultants across solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development. Your responsibilities include setting project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology; building and maintaining project charters, plans, RACIs, and risk/issue/dependency trackers; managing scope and change requests against Statements of Work to keep projects on time and on or under budget; tracking customer sentiment and raising risks early to protect satisfaction and NPS; collaborating with Greenhouse Success teams for smooth handoffs; and helping refine Professional Services project management tools, templates, and processes as the team scales.
You should be an orchestrator who thrives on keeping multiple moving workstreams in sync and ensuring stakeholders understand what's next and why. You are a trusted advisor who earns customer confidence quickly, has hard conversations early, and leaves customers satisfied with their choice of Greenhouse. You spot risks and dependencies coming, raise them proactively, and solve them before they become delays. You are energized by a lean, fast-growing team where your process improvement ideas get implemented.
