As Project Delivery Specialist, you will own the end-to-end implementation journey with large enterprise healthcare customers across growth markets. Your responsibilities span from customer contract signature through full operational deployment. You'll work with complex healthcare organizations, each with distinct health systems, IT landscapes, governance requirements, and operational models.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading customer implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring deliveries stay on track, within scope, and on schedule
- Coordinating technical setup including EHR integrations with the engineering team
- Collaborating with customers and Medical Operations to ensure proper configurations for each clinical environment
- Organizing and coordinating user training programs with Medical Operations to ensure clinician readiness at go-live
- Serving as primary customer contact during the delivery phase, building trust and maintaining momentum
- Proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstreams
- Contributing to scalable delivery processes as the customer base grows
You'll navigate diverse contexts—one week running steering groups with hospital executive teams, the next coordinating integration details with local IT providers in different countries. Success requires reading each organizational context quickly, adapting your approach while maintaining firm boundaries on scope, timeline, and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong track record in project management, ideally delivering technology solutions or complex multi-stakeholder projects within healthcare settings
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfort engaging with frontline clinicians through C-level decision-makers
- Familiarity with healthcare IT environments, including EHR integrations, clinical workflows, and change management in care organizations
- Genuine curiosity about technology and AI; deep technical expertise not required, but understanding of how modern software products are delivered
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in fast-paced, scaling environments
- Excellent English communication skills

- Experience in management consulting or similar high-paced, client-facing environments requiring rapid organizational learning and delivery under pressure
- Additional languages relevant to growth markets
- Startup or scale-up experience, or experience setting up delivery processes from scratch
