As a Project Delivery Specialist based in Stockholm, you will own end-to-end implementation projects for Tandem across Swedish municipal healthcare and social care organisations. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation journey, from initial partnership through full product integration and adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading implementation projects end-to-end with clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinating stakeholders across municipal healthcare and social care, including project leads, IT teams, clinicians, and social workers
- Managing technical setup and EHR integrations in collaboration with the Engineering team and customer IT stakeholders
- Adapting workflows to municipal settings by configuring documentation templates and processes with the Delivery and Medical Operations teams
- Planning and coordinating user training for healthcare professionals and social workers
- Driving adoption and change management, supporting customers through implementation and addressing user feedback
- Building trusted relationships with customers and maintaining clear communication throughout
- Proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers across technical and operational workstreams
- Supporting transitions to ongoing use and ensuring implementation outcomes deliver meaningful value
- Continuously improving delivery processes and capturing learnings as Tandem expands across Sweden's municipal sector
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong track record in project management, ideally delivering technology solutions within healthcare, social care, or the public sector
- Experience working in a technology company, particularly with SaaS implementation or software deployment projects
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex organisations, ideally involving municipalities, public-sector customers, or decentralised healthcare environments
- Familiarity with healthcare and/or social care IT environments, including EHR integrations, workflows, and change management
- Understanding of municipal healthcare and social care realities, where successful implementation requires alignment between operational leadership, IT teams, and frontline professionals
- Structured yet flexible approach to project management; ability to anticipate dependencies and adapt quickly
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with frontline professionals and senior decision-makers
- Genuine curiosity about technology and AI (deep technical expertise not required, but understanding of how modern software is implemented and adopted)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Native-level fluency in Swedish and excellent English communication skills
