ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that has raised $781M in funding with a $22B valuation. The company serves millions of users and thousands of businesses, including enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. ElevenLabs operates three main platforms: ElevenAgents (voice and chat agents at scale), ElevenCreative (speech, music, image, and video generation across 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (AI audio foundational models).
This role is part of a dedicated enterprise engineering team for ElevenCreative. You will sit between enterprise customers and the product team, responsible for understanding customer requirements and deciding whether to build bespoke integrations or advocate for product improvements that benefit all users. You'll work directly with enterprise customers, present to C-level stakeholders, and unblock enterprise deals by shipping end-to-end solutions with minimal direction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Building bespoke integrations when they unlock deals, and generalizing solutions when multiple customers have similar needs
- Owning full-stack product engineering across integrations, APIs, authentication, and enterprise infrastructure (SSO, access control, security reviews)
- Shipping solutions independently with limited PM guidance
- Collaborating between customer needs and product roadmap priorities
The company operates with a high-velocity, impact-driven culture emphasizing rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. They use AI across the entire organization and prioritize talent over location.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Direct experience as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or founding engineer at a B2B startup, including presenting to enterprise clients
- Strong full-stack product engineering skills with comfort across integrations, APIs, authentication, and enterprise infrastructure (SSO, access control, security reviews)
- Ability to translate customer asks into real requirements and make sound decisions about bespoke vs. generalized solutions
- Ability to ship end-to-end with minimal direction
- Bonus: experience with localization, TMS integrations, brand/marketing tooling, or adtech
REMOTE SCOPE: Remote-first, executable from anywhere between US East Coast and Europe. European timezone operation required; flexibility for customer timezones when needed. Optional offices in Dublin, London, New York, and Warsaw.
