As a Product Engineer, you will combine strong engineering skills with product thinking to build features that solve real user problems and drive business impact. You'll own features end-to-end—from problem discovery and solution design through technical implementation, deployment, and impact measurement. Working closely with the team, you'll identify opportunities to improve user experience, propose new features, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop full-stack features (backend and frontend/mobile)
- Own features end-to-end, from understanding problems to shipping solutions and monitoring impact
- Take an active role in product development, identifying UX improvements and proactively proposing features
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs and user problems into effective, scalable solutions
- Continuously challenge existing solutions, identify inefficiencies, and improve both the product and development process

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Product Engineer, or similar role
- Experience with modern backend and frontend/mobile technologies (current stack: Laravel/PHP, React Native, Python, JavaScript; strong fundamentals and ability to learn quickly valued over exact stack match)
- Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate development and improve workflows
- Proven ability to take ownership of features and projects from problem-solving through implementation and delivery
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with experimentation and rapid iteration
- Strong commitment to clean, maintainable code and efficient problem-solving
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
