As a Product Engineer at Omni, you will work closely with the product and customer teams to understand problems and use cases, then operate across the tech stack to solve them. You'll be part of a team with deep experience in the analytics and AI space, with autonomy to prioritize and solve problems independently or collaboratively. The company culture emphasizes "Ship it!" — moving quickly, shipping often, and iterating until solutions are great. Engineers leverage Claude Code to drive productivity, focusing on complex technical and product work while delegating routine tasks to AI agents. Product engineers at Omni are passionate about specific aspects of the platform, such as: improving Blobby, the AI agent, to handle more complex analyses and new workflows; building advanced data modeling capabilities like aggregate awareness for approximate count distinct measures; enabling users to bring their own data through CSV uploads, spreadsheets, and input tables; or building APIs, CLIs, and MCP tools to allow users to work with Omni from anywhere. The tech stack includes TypeScript, React with Remix, Kotlin/Java, and AWS. REQUIREMENTS: - 3–10+ years of experience building production software - Opinionated about building great products and features - Strategic thinking and ability to balance business and product goals with velocity and engineering excellence - Experience doing analytical work with tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, or Google Analytics NICE TO HAVES: - Experience building data products - Familiarity with data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
