H Company is building the H Platform, where users create and run agentic AI workflows powered by proprietary vision-language models. The company pioneers computer use—agents that see, click, and type through existing business software without integrations or rebuilds. As a Product Designer, you'll shape the product experiences that make this technology genuinely useful for large organizations.
You'll work within the Product team (product direction, strategy, and design), collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and forward-deployed engineers. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting continuous user research to understand needs and identify what will make the platform truly valuable.
- Translating insights into research, explorations, and design directions, examining problems from multiple angles.
- Selecting the right tool for each task: Figma designs, prototypes, or direct code contributions when speed matters.
- Testing designs with users, measuring impact through A/B testing, interviews, and usage data, then iterating rapidly.
- Contributing to roadmap decisions alongside engineers and product managers.
The role demands someone who cares deeply about users, has strong product taste, moves fast without sacrificing quality, and welcomes feedback. You'll be designing complex, technical workflows—AI agent builders and runners—and making them feel simple and intuitive.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer at tech companies.
- Excellent UX, UI, and interaction design skills; ability to simplify complex technical flows.
- Portfolio demonstrating recent work.
- Hands-on experience running user tests and A/B tests.
- Experience designing complex data or ML/AI-driven products; understanding of how to make unpredictable AI behavior understandable and trustworthy.
- Comfort in technical discussions; ability to engage with engineers and researchers on constraints, trade-offs, and technical topics.
- Fluency in Figma.
- Ability to work within and contribute to design systems.
STRONGER CANDIDATES:
- Have designed platforms: complex B2B web or desktop software for professionals (workflow builders, big data/analytics, operational dashboards, data-dense interfaces).
- Are curious about code and AI in design workflows; have experimented with prototyping in code, building small tools, or integrating AI into their process.
