H Company is building agentic AI products that take real action in organizations. As a Product Designer, you'll design experiences for the H Platform, where users create and run AI workflows powered by proprietary vision-language models that see, click, and type through existing software without integrations.
You'll own the full design lifecycle: conducting user research to understand needs, exploring problems from multiple angles, prototyping in Figma or code, running A/B tests and user interviews, and iterating based on real usage data. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and forward-deployed engineers to shape the roadmap and deliver experiences that make complex AI agent workflows feel intuitive and trustworthy.
The role sits within the Product team, which owns product direction, strategy, and design. You'll join an existing product designer and collaborate across the organization to level up both the design and technology of the platform.
H Company owns the entire stack from research and models to products, positioning you at the frontier of designing for AI behavior that isn't always predictable. You'll help define how to make complex, technical systems understandable and keep users in control.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer at tech companies
- Excellent UX, UI, and interaction design skills; ability to simplify complex technical flows
- Portfolio demonstrating latest work
- Hands-on experience running user tests and A/B tests
- Experience designing complex data or ML/AI-driven products; understanding of how to make complex systems understandable and design for unpredictable AI behavior
- Comfortable in technical discussions; ability to engage with engineers and researchers on constraints and trade-offs
- Fluent in Figma
- Ability to work within and contribute to design systems
- Strong product taste and ability to articulate design decisions
- Moves fast while maintaining quality; welcomes feedback
STRONG PLUS:
- Experience designing platforms (complex B2B web/desktop software for professionals, workflow tools, data/analytics software, operational dashboards)
- Curiosity about code and AI in design workflow; experience experimenting with AI in prototyping, tool-building, or design process
