The Role
You will serve as a Product Designer responsible for defining the next generation of AI-powered accounting experiences. This is an end-to-end design ownership role where you'll tackle complex product challenges and shape a category-leading platform used by finance and audit teams globally. You'll work within an established design system, contribute to its evolution, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design of complex financial workflows and AI-assisted accounting features
- Develop and refine user experiences that make accounting and audit technology intuitive and delightful
- Work fluently within the design system while identifying opportunities to enhance and expand it
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to solve challenging design problems
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to validate design decisions
- Contribute to the visual craft and overall design quality of the platform

Requirements
- Mid-to-Senior level product design experience
- Strong visual design craft and attention to detail
- Fluency working within established design systems
- Ability to solve complex product challenges end-to-end
- Experience designing for enterprise or B2B SaaS applications preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution
