CreativeX is a B2B SaaS platform that helps global marketing teams make smarter creative decisions using computer vision and machine learning. The company transforms advertising creative data into standardized, actionable insights for major brands including Google, Unilever, Pepsi, Bayer, Mondelez, and Heineken. Research shows creative itself drives 50% of sales lift online, yet it remains the least analyzed component of marketing performance. CreativeX solves this by ingesting, processing, and analyzing content at scale, helping brands isolate creative elements and measure them against downstream ad impact metrics. As a Product Designer, you will shape the next generation of the CreativeX platform, owning design for defined product areas from discovery through shipped experiences. You'll serve as the design lead in a product trio alongside a Product Manager and Engineering Lead, responsible for ensuring users want what the team builds and can figure out how to use it. The platform is complex, featuring rich data, multiple user types, and increasingly sophisticated AI capabilities. Your role is to make that complexity work for marketers—helping them measure performance quickly, find patterns in what's working, and assess whether their full ad set delivers their strategy. Key responsibilities include: owning design for defined product areas end-to-end; getting close to marketers and creative teams through customer conversations, research, and usability testing; partnering with Product and Engineering in discovery to validate problems and make trade-offs; turning creative data and AI capabilities into intuitive workflows and dashboards; designing for the platform using existing patterns; extending the design system with new components; raising quality through strong craft and critique; and learning from shipped work using customer feedback and product data. In your first 90 days, you'll learn the platform and customers, work as design lead in your product trio, take ownership of a defined area and ship your first piece of work, contribute to AI-powered product work, and join customer conversations. Within your first year, you'll own design for one or more product areas end-to-end, ship measurable work, help build out the design system, and shape how design operates as the team grows. Requirements: - 3–5 years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating problem framing, option exploration, trade-off decisions, and learning from shipped work - Strong interaction and visual design craft; confident in Figma, prototyping, and design systems; familiar with Slack and Linear - Experience using research, usability testing, and customer feedback to inform design decisions - Systems mindset and ability to make complex information, workflows, and data easy to understand - Clear, collaborative communication; ability to challenge ideas constructively, take feedback well, and know when to ship and learn - Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in a product trio or small team with real ownership Nice to have: B2B SaaS, data-heavy or analytics products; marketing, advertising, or martech background; AI-powered products; mentoring junior designers; scale-up experience. Note: Visa sponsorship is not available.
