render.ai, a new AI venture from Monday.com, is seeking a Product Design Lead to define and drive the design vision for a product built from the ground up. render.ai enables anyone to bring ideas to life in minutes using natural language, positioning itself as an AI-native creative tool.
You will own design end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through shipped experiences. Working closely with engineering and leadership in a small, autonomous team environment, you'll shape the product direction, not just execute it.

- Setting design vision and principles for the product
- Driving ambiguous problems from exploration through launch
- Designing AI-native workflows that make creating visual content effortless
- Raising the bar on visual and interaction craft across the product
- Influencing product strategy and roadmap
- Building design systems, components, and templates that scale
- Using AI tools and coding agents to prototype and accelerate execution
- Validating ideas through research and customer feedback
This is a 0-to-1 opportunity in a startup-like environment within a larger company, where you'll have significant autonomy and influence over product direction.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product design experience shipping high-quality products
- Track record of driving design direction, ideally on 0-to-1 products
- Exceptional visual and interaction design with a strong portfolio
- Strong product sense and strategic thinking
- High AI fluency
- Experience building and scaling design systems
- Systems thinking and ability to influence through collaboration with engineering
- Builder mentality with comfort for ambiguity and balance of speed and quality
- Excellent communication, low ego, team-first approach
- High proficiency in Figma and prototyping
- High-level English proficiency
Nice to have: Experience with AI-native or creative tools, B2B SaaS, startups or autonomous teams, and shipping with coding agents.
