Razorpay, one of India's leading fintech companies, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to pioneer AI-native design workflows. The company processes $180+ billion in annualized transactions and powers leading businesses including Airbnb, Facebook, WhatsApp, Airtel, CRED, BookmyShow, Zomato, Swiggy, and over 100 Indian unicorns. This is a frontier role focused on redesigning the entire practice of design through AI. You will be part engineer, part designer, part systems architect, working at the cutting edge of AI × design integration. Key Responsibilities: - Set the new standard by demonstrating AI-native design workflows and building remarkable products that showcase these capabilities to the team - Build the stack: ship projects that progressively automate the design process, from discrete tools to full end-to-end automation - Enable the organization: create AI workflows that 60+ designers can run independently end-to-end, eliminating bottlenecks and raising the floor for the entire design team - Find friction points: research where designers get stuck and translate observations into tools, agents, and systems - Stay ahead: maintain frontier knowledge of AI possibilities as a core job function, not a side pursuit You will have virtually unlimited AI compute budget, direct access to Design/Product/Company leadership with zero bureaucracy, full independence to build and experiment, and authority to drive adoption across the organization. Requirements: - Top percentile expertise in AI × Design: proven ability to apply AI to product design workflows better than almost anyone - Credible designer and builder: you have taste and you ship—both matter equally - Exceptional communicator: ability to make complex ideas land simply, whether 1:1 or to groups - Systems thinker: solve entire classes of problems, not individual tasks - Obsessively curious: dissatisfied with what exists, energized by what's next
