Role Overview: You will serve as a Product Analyst focused on the Joint Account product, partnering with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and fellow Analysts to deliver trusted insights that inform product decisions and improve user experience. This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to work abroad up to 120 days annually (subject to work authorization). Key Responsibilities: - Partner across cross-functional teams to deliver daily insights that inform product decisions and enhance the Joint Account offering - Design and evaluate statistically rigorous experiments to support rapid iterative product development and test hypotheses under uncertainty - Define key metrics that serve as the source of truth for product performance, user experience quality, and progress on key results - Own your analytics roadmap, proactively identifying high-impact analysis opportunities and prioritizing work accordingly - Build at the cutting edge of AI-enabled analytics, developing new tools for natural language insight generation and powerful internal data applications Required Qualifications: - Technical: Strong experience in an analytical role with demonstrated proficiency in SQL and/or Python. Comfortable extracting insights from large datasets to drive decision-making - Delivery: Experience working in fast-paced environments (fintech, start-ups, consulting preferred). Ability to balance precision with effort based on context and prioritize for impact - Clarity: Thrive solving unstructured, open-ended problems. Skilled at isolating signal from noise and bringing clarity to decision-makers - Influence: Clear communicator who explains complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable respectfully challenging ideas when appropriate - Motivation: Self-starter with bias to action. Excited about building innovative banking products and doesn't wait to be directed Nice to Have: - Experience conducting A/B tests and causal analyses to isolate statistically significant impacts of product changes - Expertise creating intuitive data visualizations and self-serve data products that tell a compelling story - Track record working in cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders - Experience defining and building metrics for conversion, activation, retention, and engagement - Background with consumer-facing fintech or similar digital products
