Tripledot Studios, one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies, is seeking an AI Playable Ads Developer to join their remote European team. The company operates 12 studios globally with 2,500+ employees and reaches over 25 million daily active users across its portfolio of top-charting mobile games.
In this role, you will develop creative playable ads in HTML5 format, converting existing games into interactive advertising experiences. You'll optimize these ads for user experience, scalability, and cross-platform adaptability while collaborating with marketing teams, creative producers, artists, and animators. A key focus is leveraging AI tools to streamline ad creation workflows and building tools that simplify the advertising production process.
You'll work on converting existing game assets and mechanics into compelling playable ad experiences that engage large audiences, with an emphasis on both technical excellence and creative innovation. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI-assisted development practices within a fast-growing, award-winning games studio.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of professional experience developing Playable Ads or HTML5 games
- Strong JavaScript proficiency
- Practical experience using AI tools in playables development
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, and cross-platform composition
- Experience with adaptive composition, JS and CSS animations
- Proficiency with Git version control
- Portfolio demonstrating previous Playable Ads work
- Interest in creating and improving AI-based tools and workflows
- Willingness to learn and explore new technologies
- Creative mindset and passion for building engaging interactive experiences
