Digitail is building an AI-native platform powering modern veterinary care, used by vets globally from first to last appointment. The company is Series B with ~40 people based in Iași, Romania, with product and engineering teams on-site.
In this role, you will support partners building on top of Digitail's APIs and help non-technical colleagues resolve engineering issues. You will escalate complex problems to the appropriate product team, implement automated tools to reduce repetitive work, and maintain agreed SLAs with high transparency. You'll work within the Platform and Enablement squad, receiving mentorship and code review from senior engineers.
Success in your first year means responding to stakeholders within two business days with no threads going silent, independently managing the sandbox environment by month six, and shipping a change through CI by month twelve.
The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Iași office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with systems exposing APIs
- Strong written English communication with unfamiliar audiences
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent conversations and push back with reasoned arguments
- Hands-on API skills: obtaining OAuth tokens, debugging 403 errors, using Postman or curl, writing SQL
- Terminal comfort: SSH, command execution, log reading
- Understanding of deployment processes, Docker, and CI/CD
- Daily use of AI tools with at least one reusable project built with them
- Infrastructure experience not required but opportunity to learn
