Wispr AI is building the voice interface for computing. The company's first products—Flow (natural voice interaction in any application) and Notetaker (context-building across conversations)—represent a shift toward AI systems that can perceive, understand, and take action with earned trust.
As Platform Engineer, Enterprise, you will architect and operate the backend systems that enable large organizations to adopt and scale Wispr's platform. You'll balance urgency on customer needs with building secure, durable capabilities for the broader product ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and operate multi-tenant systems serving enterprise customers
- Design APIs, data models, migrations, and distributed workflows
- Implement identity and access capabilities (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, policy enforcement)
- Develop auditability, privacy controls, and secure data foundations
- Convert deal blockers into reusable, non-overfit capabilities
- Own systems through rollout, observability, and production operation
You'll work within a talent-dense team that holds strong opinions, tests quickly, and prioritizes both technology excellence and human experience. The goal is to build the first voice interface used daily by a billion people.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience operating multi-tenant B2B or enterprise software in production
- Ownership mindset toward important customer and business outcomes
- Strong backend fundamentals across data, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with enterprise identity, permissions, or audit systems
- Ability to remain thorough under pressure and be trusted with sensitive production changes
