Wispr AI is building the voice interface for computing. The company's first products—Flow (natural voice interaction in any application) and Notetaker (context-building across conversations)—represent a shift toward interfaces that can perceive, understand, and act with earned trust.
As Platform Engineer for Developer Experience, you will own the systems that enable Wispr engineers to build, test, and ship confidently at scale. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and operating fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines with improved build times, failure diagnostics, and release workflows
- Creating isolated, reproducible testing environments for onboarding, dictation, Notetaker, and other core experiences
- Streamlining local setup, testing, and debugging to ensure consistent behavior across development and CI environments
- Enhancing the environments, context, and tooling that support coding agents in making changes and verifying their work
- Identifying recurring sources of engineering friction and measuring improvements in feedback time, reliability, and manual effort
You will work closely with engineers to understand their needs and build tools they actively choose to use, taking ownership from problem identification through shipping, adoption, and ongoing reliability.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience building and operating developer tooling, CI/CD systems, or internal platforms at a hyper-scaling company that other engineers relied on
- Demonstrated ability to make complex build, test, or development workflows faster and more dependable
- Ability to debug problems across application code, infrastructure, and development environments
- Deep experience using agentic coding tools with clear ideas about improving their effectiveness
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with engineers and understand their needs
- Ownership mindset from identifying problems through shipping, adoption, and ongoing reliability
